24hr Cancellation & No Show Policy
a charge of 50% of the service will be charged if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours. 100% of the service will be charged if you do not show up to your appointment without notice.
We allow a 10 minute buffer incase you are running late. Anything beyond 10 minutes you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. We understand when times get tough, especially in today's financial climate with inflation. Please know we want you to completely enjoy your time with us, without the worry of providing something extra for your service provider.

Should you choose to add a gratuity, we do accept Venmo or cash. It will not be allowed to add to your card.

We are a small, woman owned business that is still growing! We do not have a receptionist and are By Appointment Only. Please keep in mind that we have the front door locked when we are occupied with a client.
